Tracie Zahn was born and raised in the Tulsa area. She graduated from Jenks High School, “a lifer,” in the district, and often spent time at her family’s home on Grand Lake enjoying all the resort area had to offer. Tracie spent her collegiate career studying for her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Fine and Applied Arts. Prior to joining the Chinowth and Cohen family, Tracie worked in the Investment Property market managing rental properties for her family’s business and spent additional time as a Lead Sales Manager in Retail Industries as a dual career.

Multi-tasking and communications come naturally to her after juggling “Momdom” and career paths simultaneously, however it is faith that is at the core of Tracie’s business philosophy. She believes that being a real estate agent is about serving the community in the best way possible, by bringing families together, creating positive neighborhood environments, and helping others find that special place to call “home,” one client at a time.

She is dedicated to looking upwards while her business intellect looks outwards finding ideal locations, managing the details of negotiations for her clients, and balancing housing transactions for both buyers and sellers alike. Her heart is at the center of every property search. “I am an encourager and love helping people feel good about themselves and succeeding in life. I believe that truth always achieves the best version of self, which is vital to relationships of all kinds.
